1. This is a wholesale site supplying trade. Hair & Beauty Bargain Bazaar assumes that customers purchasing from this store have prior knowledge and or experience regarding proper use of products sold in this store. 2. Hair & Beauty Bargain Bazaar does not take any responsibility for misuse or inappropriate use of any products sold in this store. 3. Products will only be dispatched once they have been fully paid for 4. Minor Variations will occur from time to time and actual product may vary slightly from depicted pictures/photos on the website or printed catalogues. 5. Freight automatically quoted by the website is for non bulky items usually weighing in total 5kg or less. 6. Bulky items such as furniture, trolleys, Wash Basins, Pedestal Hair Dryers etc generally attract an additional freight surcharge. The freight surcharge may sometimes vary depending on delivery address particularly if the delivery address is a remote location. In such situations, Hair & Beauty Bargain Bazaar reserves the right to adjust freight charges. 7- All short sent items and damaged goods must be reported within 48hrs of receipt of the goods by the customer. The onus is on the receiver to provide digital images of any damaged items. Any refunds or replacements are at the discretion of Hair & Beauty Bargain Bazaar staff after assessment of the claim. If products are found to be tampered with or not used as per manufacturers instructions, then all warranties are void. 8. Any returns are only to be made after discussion with Hair & Beauty Bargain Bazaar. Hair & Beauty Bargain Bazaar will not accept any returns without prior consultation. All returns are to be at the expense of the customer. Freight will ONLY be reimbursed if a returned product is found to be faulty and the warranty is current. 9. Prices on the Website may differ from those in store. 10. Please choose what you want to buy carefully as well as the freight as once a payment has been completed, the order cannot be cancelled or refunded.
